Polmed Hospital Benefit Management Department

Not sure if anyone else has had issues with Plomed, I recently I have trying to obtain authorization for a medical procedure for the past 3 weeks without any success. All phone calls go unanswered all emails are never addressed or attended too, the same auto-reply is being sent from Hospital Benefit Management Department contains information relating to a request for treatment is addressed by me and the documents sent on numerous emails without any attention or settlement it is very frustrating and disappointing thinking back how prompt and affect Polmed used to be. Things can only deteriorate as time goes, I am so sick and tired of Polmeds pathetic behaviour, it requires a complete overall replacement of staffing and leadership. they have made a very poor effort if any to contact me directly. Should I suffer further injury due to neglect of medical services I will be taking legal action. For those Police officers in the future medical service looks very bleak.
