POLMED going downhill fast

Despite being a fully up to date paying member, Polmed refuses to pay my son's emergency Appendectomy operation that was done at a LIFE facility, which on Polmed's preferred service provider list, and advised that we should have gone to a Public Hospital or Red Cross Children's Hospital. Despite pointing out to them that it was an emergency procedure as my son't appendix was busy bursting and the condition is on the CMS list of PMB conditions, they still refuse to pay. In addition to this, they refuse to give myself (dependant) and my wife (main member) any information as to the reason's why they were rejecting the claims as my wife were calling from my phone...still trying to figure out what my phone has to do with anything...
