Polmed Booklet on preventatice care useless and incomplete and very misleading. Urrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!

The booklet issued for this years "benefits" does not give the ICD10 codes. I phoned Polmed this morning ref 130818QYFKKX and was told Polmed can not give me the ICD10 codes. This is a separate benefit from our OUT_OF_HOSPITAL as it is on their page 43-44 under the Prevenative care benefit. The immunisation (see the heading) CHILD HEALTH has no ICD10 codes. But my gripe today is the section just below that - DENTAL HEALTH. There is 4 preventative sections for children specifically. I asked Polmed/Medscheme what codes the dentist must use today for my childs visit - as there is not a single code listed there. I know that the claims are again going to go off out OUT-OF-HOSPITAL limits - exhausting our medical aid by dec. It looks like Medscheme is giving these preventative benefits but then do not want to assist in making sure the claims are processed correctly. Because if the claim codes are incorrect it erodes the members other benefits. STRANGELY just below that they give the exact codes for the breast cancer screening??? I did bring it to the attention of Polmed earlier in the year, thinking that they would actually correct their omittance. Polmed never sent a letter to give members the correct ICD 10 codes for the dental health. !. Thus I phoned this morning thinking that I was just going to get it over the phone. The person on the other side just said Polmed does not give ICD 10 codes. What the ...... 1. Please correct your booklet to reflect the ICD 10 codes that must be used in preventative care. 2 Please send a letter to ALL the marine members to reflect the changes. 3. Actually be of service to your members that pay your salaries!!!
