I'm a client for the past 30 years and frustrated after unknowingly making double payments on the 31st of July 2024, I tried to reverse it with my bank and they couldn't assist because it was gone already, I was then advised to send them an email with all my proof, expecting them to refund me, instead they've confirmed having received the R8299 but refused to refund me the R4151 and say that according to their system I'm eligible to receive a R6 refund, I've tried everything calling them and explaining my frustrations with the double payment they've received and they promised to escalate my case to their finance section, sadly it's more than 2 weeks today and it's the 19th August and I've never received any refund and explanation from their *********** Polmed Medsheme
