Medscheme/polmed worst medical sceme

I am Mr A Ratheepaul member of polmed marine no ***. I was hospitalised on 5th September 2022, for severe stomach pains at the ethekweni hospital trauma centre, I was sent to the ward and admitted to hospital as the situation was serious, however it was my gall bladder that had stones and I went for surgery to remove the gall bladder. I was in hospital for a week, Holtz and partners did all my scans and tests on arrival at the trauma unit, I have been getting an unpaid account from Holtz and partners account no ERC***, I attended to this account with Holtz twice, whereby the lady was wonderful and assisted me, she resubmitted the claim to polmed after i explained it fell under hospitalisation,, polmed is not getting their act together. I then returned to Ethekweni hospital for a second surgery in October 2022..12th after my follow up appointment for my gall bladder it was noted i had further complications, I was sent to surgery for removal of polyps in my colon. This account ERC*** is not paid by polmed as it falls under hispitalisation and is covered for payment, I am not well and recovering at home, yet polmed is not responding to my emails nor are they contacting me for this account.. Their service is poor to non existent, it is the worst medical scheme ever, people are getting paid for not doing their job. Disgraceful polmed I served my country with honor now I am medically boarded you dont care... Poor service, no empathy and know care whatsoever. Do not take any medical plan with medscheme service is terrible.
