MEDSCHEME - PMB benefit codes DISAPPEAR magically year-on-year

PMB-be careful Polmed just takes away benefit codes from one year to the next and does not bother to send a letter clearly stating what CODES ARE REMOVED. Then add codes that is almost meaningless if they do not pay the codes from the previous years. Then leaving MEMBERS to foot the bill. These are standard tests that had BEEN PERFORMED for years!!! CARDIOLOGISTS accounts!!! I feel so sorry for Polmed members out there - earning little and then being scr.. by med aid to pay in thousands of rands in medical bills. Like one chooses to be SICK !!!!! Polmed should be ashamed!!
