Medsceheme is USELESS stuffs up chronic meds and conditions

Medscheme has removed my chronic meds from the chronic list. This is meds I have been taking for the last 4 years. Now they expect the members to phone in and request them to change the medication to chronic. Medscheme claims all as acute medication which means of about R 15 K a year, I have already used R 7 K of the acute meds. Now why must the members phone in to have their chronic meds put back on the chronic list. I was taught if you make a mistake you correct it. Not so with medscheme they expect the members of whom many are not on internet and can not waste time and money phoning the medical aid to correct their stuff up.
