keep on deducting money and not complying to request

<p>The end of May was the 3rd month that Polmed tried to deduct R7678, i have communicated through email and Hello Peter for the third time now and each time i was assured in writing that the finance departement will contact me. This up to today has not happened, I have incurred bank charges to the extend of nearly R1000 due to the incompetance of the department. I have given them my bank statements, showing that we are not owing this amount, i have given them a breakdown on what we paid and what was paid into our account and the amount outstanding is R1982, which they paid back into my account. The amount that they are insisting that I owe them is not anywhere in my account. I have not turned to the Ombudsman, my husband is on medical pension and the amount that they deduct is basically his whole pension. This cannot continue, I need to be contacted asap.</p>
