DOCTORS RATE AND MEDSCHEME RATE

We have unresolved issues with Polmed not paying the Lancet and Doctors even if you have available funds since from last year we are now been handed over because we don't have money to pay and yet paying Polmed every month since last year nothing has been resolved all that they are good at is telling us about the scheme rate which as members we don't know anything about the scheme rate and the doctors rate we don't have control over that as members.

Another query is that I have been to the doctor for my check up as I am a cancer survivor but the doctors are not fully paid we are also told about the medscheme rate which is still not our problem but it definately becomes our problem because we end up with the debts.

May you please pay those Doctors and Laboratories fully because we are paying polmed to have peace of mind but we definately don't have that,the recent one was on the 05/08/2019,I think the rate issue should be sorted because all that I see as a member is available which still can't be used due to the medscheme rate which I definately don't have control over,to be honest since the administrator of Polmed changed to Medscheme we have experienced so much problems.

Please assist because I don't have money to pay doctors and Laboratories and yet having funds available but be told of Medscheme rate which I don't know how it is calculated,I pay Polmed for my health not for stress that comes with Polmed you are really ****ing us with debt and stress.

It is really not fair to members.
