Didsatisfied member

I have been suspended for weeks now because I used the polmed chat and established what my momthly premiums was.I even asked from when is it efective.I further asked if the emploee was sir.I screenshot the conversation . After three months I was informed via SMS that my services is giing to be terminated. That was a friday after 4 . Tried to call the office but nobodu answered. On monday I received an email to sau my membership was suspended for arrears . Now how can I be in arrears for paying what I was told to by a polmed employee. Nonetheless I struggled and still am having to uplift my suspension . My dependants are both terminally ill. I was supposed to pay an amount to my arrears so that the suspension. Borrowed the money two weeks ago and sent the proof of payment. One email says it was received and the other no . Others say they received it but a totally different amount. All I want is for my suspension to be uplifted as I have paid my ""new" premium and arrears amount in one payment. Polmed never gave us such hasssles in three or more decades im with them Whats going on . Uplift my suspension. Do the right thing
