Complain

I don't know what will my kids eat this coming month because of what I see on my payslip for January month end I changed scheme option which I didn't know how much they gonna deduct I was not even told is gonna be how much on checking the payslip the money is too much I tried to call polmed and explained my problem they said it cannot be changed and the year not even started so I'm going to suffer the whole year with 4 kids so now there are amount of 2100 also ontop of 2800 that will also going to be deducted without my knowledge they said is outstanding but I never no about it my deduction is more than my net income I tried to get helped and I failed
