Authorization Procedure not paid

<p>on 05/12/2016 my little boy had to go to theatre for a dental procedure. The required authorization number was obtained from Polmed - Magtiging: ********** 8 by the Dentist and I also confirmed it myself.</p> <p>To my surprise I have to pay the account myself as no authorization was given and the authorization I received was only for the hospital.</p> <p>Since when do you need 3 different authorization codes for a procedure done in hospital ???</p> <p>Why was I not told on 01/12/2016 that no authorization will be given for a dental procedure in hospital??? Polmed waits until the procedures have been done and then they inform you to pay the account yourself.</p> <p>How worse can Polmed Service be. Polmed should realy consider it by going back to Metrpolitan Health as their administrators.</p>
