They were quite helpful in helping me get supplies for the farm. We were able to chat, and work out exactly what they could supply in more or less the quantities I wanted. Shipping was another issue. Getting courier out to the farm can get quite expensive. However MedQ Supplies were able to coordinate with me, to get my driver to collect my order from their Houghton offices, after normal business hours. All in all, I'm quite happy. Whilst it was not an overnight delivery, I feel that the extra time spent to get my order exactly correct, and their ability to accomodate my driver's pickup schedule was absolutely worth the extra time.
