What a lovely experience I had with Med Pack & Carter after a royal stuff up by Kendon Medical Supplies. An order had been placed and paid for, after realising the order was going to a predominantly african area they back tracked and said they wouldnt be able to deliver the supplies because its high risk. Its their prerogative to deliver only to the areas they want, the issue was you saw where the goods were going, we went ahead with the deal and then you back tracked and expected me to make a plan to collect. The oversight was on their side missing the delivery address therefore it was up to them to make a plan. We then contacted Medpack and what a joy it was to work with them. The goods were delivered without a hassle and the drivers were even friendly. There was an item that was incorrect that they delivered, when we realised this, they came back to the ‘dangerous’ place to collect and deliver the correct one. That’s the type of service that we ALL deserve. I would definitely recommend them, the whole experience was just easy and a pleasure. Thank you guys, maybe you can teach an old dog (Kendon) some new tricks.
