Does not pay his staff

I have not received a salary for 2 months, 1 month and my notice period. He employs people and the end of the month he just disappears for a week or 2. Many of his staff have resigned and still not been paid. He comes from one of the wealthiest black families in JHb and his father is the Chairman of the Netcare Group and is well aware of the tactics he uses. Because of the influence and standing in the business world one would think that their ethics would be of a higher standard. Is there anyone to help people like me.
