Unprofessional service

I paid for an order of gel sanitizer and gloves, which i only received after 2 weeks. They have a delivery lead time of 3-5 days. I was told it had been sent to the couriers but i didn't receive a tracking number, then my calls were ignored but when i called on another number they answered. The order was eventually sent by uber. The gel sanitizer has no label on the bottle and it is a yellow colour. Not what the website shows. I sent a WhatsApp to tell them I wasn't happy with the product which was ignored so I called and somebody told me he would sort it out. That was 2 days ago and I have asked for an update but I am being ignored again. I have never received such bad service from any online supplier before. Totally unimpressed.
