Cheap and poor quality products

I am sad to write this review because I met the lady in charge of customer services and she seemed nice. Unfortunately now my company's reputation is questioned by a loyal, reliable and long term client. We bought shoecovers two months ago from Medmart Health and because my client is not a big business. They only started to using the product recently, they sent us pictures and its disturbing to see the poor quality of the shoecovers. Mind you we tried to be diplomatic and not point fingers but this company is hiding behind its 7 day return policy. Furthermore, they seem not interested to resolve or give a statement on the matter as now my calls are being declined.

While my company will suffer the loss and humiliation as we need to maintain this relationship. The purpose of this review is to inspire Medmart Health to be better and question their manufacturer/suppliers because even their 3plys were questioned by our client. This would be the first time they regretted seeking our services since we've had them as clients.
