Distasteful and ****mer service.

I booked this guesthouse for family — and when they arrived, the security guard informed them there was no booking and no keys were left for them.

They were left standing outside at night, confused and embarrassed. The guesthouse didn’t bother to communicate, check in, or even answer any of the multiple calls I made.

This isn’t just bad service, it’s careless, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I’m demanding a full refund and will escalate this publicly if it’s not resolved.

If you’re thinking of booking here — don’t. You’ll regret it.
