Medizone Healthcare Deducts a Monthly Debit Order *******ly

In 2019 I purchased the Medizone Health Spa Machine. I soon realised that I would not afford it and returned it personally to the company in Richards Bay. I was asked to pay R1850 for cancellation and I paid it as I was aware of such when I bought the machine.

I later realised that Medizone was deducting a debit order of R38.00 per month from my bank account. I then called and ended talking to the senior person there, Mr Zungu if I am not mistaken, and he promised to correct the debit order issue and refund me. Up to now that R38.00 debit order plus R3.50 debit order fee is deducted every month. I assume this is about one of those companies that take debit orders of small amount hoping the bank account holder will not notice.
