Complain About Water Machine

My name is Ntombifuthi Mabaso I have a complain about the company that I bought water machine.

The sales consultant came to my work place to introduce Medizone machine, It was 2019 Mei they said it's on special it was R15000 and we will get statement when we finish to pay. Now i call them to ask about my balance , what surprised me they said my balance is R24 696,65 the price it was R36 042,30 the Price of R15 900,00 is a Rental cost When I asked them why because they didn't tell us about rental .I was talking to them and then they promise to came back to me but now
