I would like to commend Thato on exceptional service he has provided Brainline with our recent purchase.

I have instructed one of my team members to contact Mediyum to enquire about products we needed to purchase for our network. After my colleague Dullin made contact, we were greeted with a friendly representative that constantly kept us in the loop with the process. We especially appreciate the extra mile Thato has gone to ensure that we have received our order and that it was in good order. WE RECEIVED OUR PRODUCTS THE SAME DAY! Thato went out of his way to source the stock he did not have from a third party even!
