Medix Sun Sport Non-protection spray

The SPF 50 sun protection spray does not stop any of the sun's harmful rays. I purchased a bottle at Milnerton Golf Club and emptied the bottle on my daughter. She burnt very badly and the temperature was a mere 24 degrees. I tried phoning the number on the bottle to no avail.
