Renei pep manager poor customer service

Renei is very rude and shows no effort in assisting customers this is not the first time Iam witnessing her poor customer service. I came to take our my laybe with my id cos I had lost my slip but I was told the laybe has been cancelled which I didn't have a problem with. I asked what then about the money I paid for the laybe she said they don't do refunds if you have no slip. Fine I understand I asked if I could use that money in the store to buy anything she said no if you don't have a slip they can't assist. Am still shocked at her behaviour and I have our conversation on record. I have witnessed this kind of behaviour with Renei before. She doesn't treat her customers with care and respect.
