Payments squabbles at Mediwell Dainfern Square

So somewhere in March, I went in and saw a DR there. I had a medical aid. At the time, the med aid did not cover 100% of the charges. I ended up paying almost R900 that day. In a week's time, I queried my med aid and they actually paid at a later stage. This meant about R500 was supposed to be refunded to me by the practice. It is really the way I was called in to come and pay that really hurts. It was almost as if I was going to run away from the practice without paying. Sadly, the practice is giving me a run around to this date. They never called me to notify me of this. I took proof to them and still they're all confused. I wish the Drs would liaise with the reception and query whatever anomalies arise. This is not right at all!
