Disappointing Service

Knowing that I can access a GP at very shot notice is great however some of the GP's within the centre offer horrible service. They don't honour the appointment times, keep you waiting and I have waited for over a month to receive my blood test results. When I call I am told that the Doctor will call me back and this never happens. Extremely disappointing
