Unable to use voucher
I bought a voucher online with my mediwallet card. According to a Mediwallet email they would have sent me the voucher. This never happened. They phoned me and stated that I can just go to Clicks to use it - went there and they had no clue what I am talking about. At this stage it is R 480 that I wasted as I cannot seem to use the money. Why is it impossible to provide me with the voucher if that was what I was promised
