Account doesn't work.
My account has never worked. I have my account from the SpecSavers deal which I do get charged for for my glasses by FeverTree.
I've gone through countless support with MediWallet but still no avail. I cannot use my card at any network, I cannot use it at Clicks. I cannot even log into my account.
I tried to get hold of a live agent, it says I an agent was connected but I had no response, and the agent disconnected without saying anything.
I tried the Whatsapp line and no and behold I got a "Welcome to MediWallet, how can I help you?", I said my account doesn't work and I cannot use my MediWallet card anywhere or login and I've received no response.
Absolutely terrible service.
