Harassment and abysmal service from Medistat on behalf of Dr T Mulanga

My mom has been repeatedly harassed with calls, sms's and threatened with blacklisting, financial penalties and had her next of kin called when she didn't answer her phone whilst at a funeral. Payment was made to Dr T Mulanga on the day the invoice was received on the 20th of December from FNB to Investec (reflects same day) with her reference. There is no amount outstanding. I have been in touch with the Dr's rooms and Medistat on the 10th and 12th of Jan - they don't have a clue what is happening with their financials and don't seem to be able to do a simple recon. Today is the 19th- and still the calls continue. As a result, our family will no longer be using the ENT Dr Mulanga's services. My mother is a pensioner in her 70ies. How dare someone without the right facts harass her when no monies are outstanding.
