Zero customer service

<p>So there I was on Sunday going to medi at raslouw. I explain to the woman that may I please have the generic form of my Dr's script, she agrees. Doesn't bother to explain that there are various types of the generic. Get home try take the medication, does not help and I'm sick the night and business day on Monday. I go back and explain that it's not the right meds as to what I usually take. I understand I might have made error BUT so did she. She should have double checked seeing as there are various kinds of the medication. Also on Sunday she was busy harping on about how Checkers has lower prices after I mentioned that the price seemed lower than normal... didn't bother to hear instead blabbered on about things that didn't affect me. Then she tells me I have an attitude. Meanwhile from a customer service perspective her attitude was JUST as bad if not worse. I buy bread and milk at that checkers but i'll be Damned before I ever buy anything else from that pharmacy. Pity cos everyone else I've ever death with there has always been a pleasure.</p>
