Very Arrogant

I am a Visitor in this area and needed some medication. I asked my Doctor in Johannesburg to fax me a prescription for my CHRONIC MEDICATION and I proceeded to Medirite at the South Coast Mall to have it filled.<br> The Pharmacist informed me that my Doctor must send the prescription to her . So I must now ask my Doctor to resend the prescription to her!!!. What absolute *******!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!. This is not the first time I have had problems with this particular Pharmacy. The last visit which was not so long ago they OVERCHARGED me on a item they had advertised on a so called special!!!!! When I queried this I was informed that they did not have the code for the special which at the time was Lockit 20mg . In fact every time<br> they have a special which they advertise the Pharmacist,s know nothing about it!!! This is false advertising.<br> All the Pharmacist,s at this branch have very BAD attitudes and they think they are doing you a great big favor by attending to you ,the customer/patient. They are a disgrace.
