Useless service
<p>I use a certain medication for chronc illness.I have had several problems obtaining my medicaton on time at the end of each month.I am the only patient usng this pill at this Pharmacy.Prevously there was most of the time a shortage of plls to dspense, Two months ago the pharmasist said he couldnt find any of the drug , he already collected the full payment for it. I threatened him with reporting him with the authorities, He then suddenly found some. i told him to get enough pills as this is a repeat script.When i went there today 16/01/2017 i told them to order enough pills they said they couldnt get any. I spoke to the pharmasist who said it is not his problem for getting my pills from the supplier. This is at Medirite Bougainville. I dont believe a huge company like Medirite cannot source the medication, I am also reporting this to Polmed so they can take medirite pharmacy of thier panel.</p>

We looked into this matter by making contact with the manufacturer, Cipla. The manufacturer stated that the product mentioned above is Out of Stock and not available to be procured by pharmacies. They could also not provide us with a date when the medication will become available.
Please note that the Pharmacy Manager also requested you to make contact with your doctor for an alternative product to be prescribed. While one or two independent pharmacies might have for this month, the understanding is that it will not be available anymore until the Manufacturer informs us accordingly.
