Unpleasant Experience @ Medirite Greenacres
On 18th of July 2015 I went to Medirite in Greenacres to get my Asthma medication. Priscilla Gin assisted me. She was very helpful and kind. She was trying to put the medication thru on my Medical Aid but the slip didn't want to print. At that moment Jenny Billson (Pharmacists Assistant) walked in and Priscilla asked her for assistants. Jenny Billson then spoke to Priscilla in an extremely unpleasant tone & seemed annoyed that she asked for help. Then she turned her rude attitude towards me. I felt that I was being talked down to and was made to feel very stupid. In an extremely unpleasant tone she said that my Medical aid is finished. I said I understand but it's weird that my Asthma Pump isn't covered because it is chronic medication and I must get 12 in a year and it is only July. She then in an extremely rude tone asked me where my script is then. I realised her poor attitude wasn't getting better so I pd cash just to leave. For 1st time visit Jenny Billson has spoilt my image of your company. I believe that she needs to have some training on what customer service and good manners actually mean towards clients and colleagues. I feel that you should address this poor attitude.
