Unfair treatment of customers

Standing in a queue at Medirite Pharmacy, Bothasig waiting for service. Following all the rules, standing underneath the sign saying QUEUE HERE.and beside the other sign which says WAIT HERE TO BE CALLED. After what feels like an eternity, the man in front of me finally gets called to counter so I am next.<br> <br> The next minute a man walks up, BYPASSING THE QUEUE straight to the counter that is just opening up and starts talking to lady at counter. This is not fair! He didn't queue and has not been waiting for ages to be served! Surely the woman at the counter will tell him to join the back of the queue? oh no!! she proceeds to attend to the man.<br> <br> I walk up to the counter and ask \are we not supposed to wait over there? (pointing to the line) Must we not obey the signs and wait our turn?? Woman behind the counter is MAUREEN WILLIAMS who gives me a nasty look and with an attitude unbecoming of anyone in a front line position
