Terrible Customer Service at Medirite Queenstown

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service I received at Medirite Queenstown on 31 December 2024. I visited the pharmacy to collect my prescription, which I had previously collected without issue from Medirite Amalinda from May to July 2024. Unfortunately, the lady pharmacist assistant working at the third counter questioned the authenticity of my prescription, suggesting that it was *****ulent. Despite providing evidence, including the doctor's signature, she remained unconvinced. I was then subjected to unprofessional behavior including being told that I did not need to understand their internal processes. The situation escalated when the lady pharmacist assistant threw my prescriptions at me, and subsequently refused to assist me. When I requested to speak to the manager, she ignored my request and instead attended to the next customer. I was forced to ask the manager, which he failed to do. I find this level of service unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope that you will take immediate action to address this incident and ensure that your staff provides a higher level of service to customers. I have written directly to Medirite, however I have not received any response.
