Some things are hurtful because of how they r said

After standing on the queue for more than +/- 30minutes and when you finally get on counter, the person helping you is just having an unwelcoming attitude when telling you you can't the medication on medical aid without id and showing u a sign that's only visible to him. I do understand and respect the rules but sometimes how u say things people matters more. I buy my medication there and itvwad my 1St time being chased away because of not having and id though i got my medical aid card.i didn't even get the name of this guy with the attitude because I was aggravated after standing so long on the queue and being chased away. He says the rule started 1/8/15. But I do use other pharmacies and never been chased away because I only have medical aid card without id. My child was urgently ill and I needed the medication but medirite guy gave stinking attitude. You really can communicate this id thing better because now it is really not VISIBLE IT IS FOR UR CASHIERS EYES ONLY NOT THE PEOPLE ON THE QUEUE. And your cashiers at that shoprite r extremely slow. Your total service there really is disrespectful to ur clients.
