Shocking Customer Service

I have always been a great surporter of this paticular pharmacy, however after been told today before 18:00PM that they will bot help me cause they are now close, nevermind the fact that there were a few people being helped and I was told sorry we are closed. If a pharmacy is busy and people need meds they are just shown away? What happened to walking the extra mile. Word of mouth is the best way of letting people know which I will. I have a sick 18 month old and could not get her meds as they refused to help me, it would have taken tge pharmacist 5 min ( the lady has long hair, oldish and very long nails, afrikans speaking. Very disapointed. She could have helped but looked the other way and then while walking away I heard her say to the customer she was helping, if she had to help everyone she would never go home, but its okay to send someone away who has a sick child. And to moan to customers like that, if you do not like your job and not willing to help, you should not be ib the industry. Note that I arrived before 18:00 so help was refused during her working hours. Please look into this. I would hate for another parent to be told, we cannot help you, eventho ur childs sick.
