Rude Fulu Kone

I had the most terrible experience with Fulu Kone ay Medirite pharmacy, the lady was not interested im assisting me ar all. I was there to buy schadule 5 medicine and my prescription was dated 23/07/2022 with a repeat of 3* but to my surprise she said its invalid, that it expired already do i cant get any medication. I told her that it's still valid because I called my doctor first before going she said no she can't assist me in a very RUDE tone. Mind you there are other 2 ladies that works there that are SUPER friendly i must say. People like FULU KONE must be kept at the back packing boxes not dealing with costumes. I went to clicks and the assisted me with the prescription. I went back to tell her that she almost made me to throw away that prescription and She is the most rude pharmacist I have ever come across. I spoke to her manager and the manager was very friendly and explained the same thing that the clicks pharmacist said. Fulu must be moved from front desk, she does not know customer service. Thanks to the other 2 pharmacist and the manager for the good service... Fulu Kone the most rude pharmacist I know. I will not set my foot in Medirite Quagga Mall because of her.
