Rude and *********** pharmacist

My husband visited the Medi-Rite in Bothasig on 7 February 2016 at about 11:00am.<br> There was a queue of people waiting to be helped by the lady pharmacist and no one in the queue in front of the gentleman pharmacist, Mr Hessel Meilech. The other customers directed my husband to be helped by Mr Meilech. Mr Meilech immediately told him that the systems are offline and that he would probably not be able to help him. My husband requested Mr Meilech to at least try and said that he is on Wooltru Medical scheme, and handed Mr Meilech his card. Mr Meilech said that he is sure that Wooltru is one of the medical aids that are offline but after my husband had to convince him he tried and Wooltru was not offline. My husband told him the repeat prescription medication he needed and Mr Meilech rep**** by saying our medical fund would only authorise it by the 15th February 2016 and that we should come back then, throwing my husband's card back at him. My husband then asked Mr Meilech for my prescription as it is usually collected a week before his. Mr Meilech looked up my prescription and again rep**** in a very rude manner: \you cannot get your prescription before the due date, only on the 15th"
