rude

<p>i was at medi rite randburg shoprite was collecting my meds, and the lady who assisted me was ONELIA SEERANCE. and she was too slow and here was in pain, i dont know if shes new there or what, 4 patient came after me they left me waiting for her assistance. and you could see by the body language that shes has attitude. and the time she was almost done i told her that she shouldnt assist me anymore coz her services was pathetic. and her responce was like i should to any medi -rite of my prefarance, and i snapped i asked her how could u respond in such a way, do u call this customer services?? and she was exchanging words with me laughing about it, till her manager blond lady came try to understand what was wrong, still she laughed, she never apologised she just tried to justify herself on her bad behaviour. people like her shouldnt be placed in front counter , because she rude, bitter, and she has stinging attitude, told her that her boss should do something about this matter. </p>
