Refused to assist with my medication

I went to khayelitsha medirite pharmacy, I got there by 17:50, there were only two operators open and as I rushed through to them they told me they will not accept my debit card - if I really need the medication in need to quickly run to the kiosk to withdraw the funds and knock on the their they will gladly assist me. I went to their kiosk as they suggested I withdrew the money and went back to them, I knocked at their door as I was told. This lady comes out asking what I needed, I told her I have an emergency i need Medaspor cream with mybulen as I suffer from migraines. She simply went inside the pharmacy, I stood there for a good ten minutes and this one guy tells me, we will not assist you - find another shoprite- his Name is Mfundo - I was confused for a moment. Because I was told to wait by this lady and she didn't even bother to come and speak to me. Now this Mfundo guy is telling its not his problem And they have done counting their money they will not assis me, I was disappointed and hurt on top of the headaches I have why would they mock me like this.

I have never had such problems before - medirite khayelitsha is the closest to my house, this Mfundo guy is the Manager - he was rude to tell me I should go and find another nedirite in Bluedowns because they will not assist me.

What happened to assisting a customer - why did they fool me and told me to withdraw cash and still refused to make the sale, what right does he have to tell me to go and find another nearest medirite.

I have been working with customers for the past 13years of my life, never was I rude - I believe that if one customer is happy then the business will definitely grow.

I'm so disappointed and how will I get to other pharmacies, it's raining and he is insulting -

I'm so so so disappointed being made a fool.

He even said I can write a complaint it's not his problem - no matter what I do they will not help me as they want to go home.

I'm so hurt. I don't have medication and my head is ****ing me with pain
