Queue time over 20 min,

Went to the pharmacy at lunch time, arrived there at 12:35 and there were already 2 people being helped, not long after a customer finished and we were 3 in the queue, shortly after a gentleman who was in front of me walked of very frustrated, after I was waiting for 5 min, since I got to the queue the line only moved because the gentleman in front of me walked off, afterwards I also had to go because of my lunch time 12:55 the same 2 ladies was still at the counter and 2 assistants helping them going to side and back, even when a 3rd party arrived did she not help. It was not very busy, but I would like to mention that this is not the first time this has happened, this is the second time and exactly the same thing, maybe its my timing.
