Poor Service - Very dissappointed

Today is a week ago that im still waiting on my meds. Tanya who assisted me and promised to call me back was off for 2 days last week, after she promised me that she will inform her colleagues and they will give me a call when the courier deliver my medicine. I didnt receive anything until today after I had to follow up with Tanya to find out when my medicine will arrive, since the medicine was paid by medical aid already. I am deeply disappointed that Medirite Atlantis Pharmacy have no sense of urgency to deliver my medicine on time or keep me updated about the progress of delivery status. This is literally playing with my health as my prescription was handed over at the pharmacy on 13 March already... Where Tanya said it will be delivered on 15 March for the latest. Today is 20 March already... I had to follow up??? This is very bad service and I would like to be contacted by whomever is in charge to explain how this occurred or I have to revert to social media about my complaint. Its so unfair, as im very depended on my medicine.
