Poor service from MediRite Welkom Branch

I have a prescription which I also want to cancel at your MediRite Shoprite Welkom branch. The service is absolutely poor. I am on Mylan Metformin 1000mg. I went to the branch to collect my medicine on 22/06/24 only to come home and found that the medicine they gave me was half the box. The lady who assisted me never opened the box to check. Now I must drive back to MediRite and collect my other pills. I ask the lady yesterday by the surname of Viljoen about other pills that the Dr prescribed because I was using it previously she told me they are not keeping that brand and that they cannot order it. I would like to have my prescription back please. We have Empire pharmacy who is giving us excellent services, we have Clicks who is giving us excellent services. I am on chronic medication I can't afford to get sick because of the service and attitude rendered by a pharmacy. MediRite is not paying for my petrol money I will not be inconvenient every time I go there while there are other options..
