Poor customer service

As I'm very angry, I waited for 30 minutes at medirite pharmacy I was only one on the que. The assistance called us with my wife and when we go to the counter said how we feeling we not not good said we are giving him attitude when we saying not good but we were telling the truth we were not good, said if we don't want to be helped we can go. He called the next client to another counter he left us on the counter go to another counter. I told him I'm going to report him said I can go he doesn't care. The of the assistance is Tinyane Mhlongo
