Poor and rudely services

I went to medirite at st John's on 25 and I was double charged I immediately told the cashier on the same day that the money went thru however the manager (Nokuthula) who was rudely to the poor cashier (Nonkanyiso) when she was trying to explain to her what happened since their offline speed point didn't have the till roll the manager (Nokuthula) seemed to be lost not knowing what she was doing and refused to help and said if I am overcharged I must go to medirite she doesn't own medirite and that lousy R158.90 will be back to my account with in 48hrs.

Today 31/05/23 still haven't received my money came back to the store at 8:57 poor cashier (Nonkanyiso) still here went to the office asking for the manager as per my request I stood there for about 30 minutes for the manager to come to even acknowledge me but if it was a white or Indian person she could have came running the same Nokuthula
