Pharmacist refuse medication because client doesnt

I went to the pharmacy to get my prescripted medication, thought i had a file on their system, this is new medication being prescripted by the doctor, the pharmacist , natasha boshoff,was looking at it, and said the dossage is to high,, after i explain to her, it is actually within the normal dossage prescription and my daughter is using it for more than 2 years,, she phone the doctor to confirm, which is her right to do so,, but then she returns and refuse giving it , beacuse i have an ATtitude and doenst want to ask \PLEASE give met the medication which are correctly been prescripte and been confrimed with the doctor
