phamasist refusing to assist with medical aid

On the 7th of June i went to your phamacy in shoprite germiston to get my self some flue medication.i got there with my medical aid card and my id. I thrn askes the lady working thrre for a benlin and corenza c..she told me that they dont have benilin but it was infont of my eyes then i pointed it to her n when she gets back i handed her my id and medical aid card..just there she refused to help me and requested that the main member must be there in order for me to use the medical aid..its absurd coz im the dependent and i have my id with me. I then asked her to call the main member since he is limpopo and im in germiston she refused.i asked her to confirm with the medical aid company she refused as well.seems as if she was not in the mood of assisting anyone.i was sick and this lazy woman didn't want to help..you shouldn't hire lazy people like her..i am very disgusted by her service and her attitude..people like her deserve to work in a store room full of boxes in that way they dont have to deal with people..i want an apology from that lady..
