Nightmare service

What a very rude,and arrogant employee by the name of Tshepo at Medirite pharmacy at checkers Gezina gallaries,he prefer shouting back at customers and he doesn't even listen to his manager,so what is I took my sick mother to buy over the counter medication and we were very unlucky to encounter this bad service ,he shouted us telling us that he has already closed his only assisting the client in front of us,he further asked that we don't understand what his saying because his closing the counter just after that client because it's already 18.03 and I asked him nicely my other is ill can you atleast assist with flue pack ,he said we can go fetch it by the shelves,and I asked him ist a syrup or tablet he only said his not going to assist and his manager Mrs gama quickly came through and assist us,and I just remembered it wasn't my first to experience the bulling from this very same Tshepo I asked him,that are you aware that I've never had the best experience with you ,he then said why are you here again and started shouting non stop to an extent of calling me a girl,I'm failing to understand with this kind of behavior how can a company as big as Medirite pharmacy and Checkers keeps such employee who bullies customers,his ego is too big I'm still in shock that Medirite allows someone of that behavior to run their business ,how can they fail to atleast give a training on excellent service.i repeat this wasn't the the first to experience this nightmare service.
