Missing tablets

Good day,

I recently purchased my prescription medication at Medirite Pharmacy at Kenilworth Centre in Cape Town. I have been buying there for a long time. I paid for 30 tablets, but when I opened the box there were only 19 tablets in there. I called the Pharmacist the same day and told her about the missing tablets and she told me to come back. I told her that I would come in the next day . When I came with the receipt the next day she then told me to bring the tablets with. I did bother to go back after that.The person who served me did not count the tablets in front of me which pharmacists usually do. They mentioned previously that they do not sell this particular medication separately so it is strange that 11 tablets were missing from the box.
