Medirite titles customers whether to Help or Not To Help

Should I laugh or be upset!!! Medirite Pharmacy listed my name as DO NOT HELP!!! What the blooming hell do they think !!! Do we need them !!! They do not realize that customers DO NOT NEED THEM !! They need customers !!! As far as service is concerned they suck
